In this book the writer is giving advice on what you should do and you remain young.What you can do not to get wrinkles,how delay the growing of grey hair,and how to reverse the aging process and you become younger.
The pieces of advice the writer gives can help one to avoid suffering from diseases such as cancer,diabetes,high blood pressure.

In the book of proverbs in the bible chapter 1 verse 1 it says;
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom
If you fear the Lord and obey his commandments and you love him with all your soul,with all your mind,with all your body and with all your strength you will be blessed and live longer.
It is important that you should note that our lives are controlled by two forces in the supernatural;namely;God and his kingdom of heaven and the devil or satan and his kindom of darkness.You should however remember that God is far stronger and more powerful than satan.Therefore if you abandon God you will have become vulnerable to satan and you may be attacked by so many killer diseases and misfortunes,so you may not live longer. …show more content…

If you believe in God and trust in God it will give you psychological satisfaction and true happiness.The Lord God will send His holy spirit who will always comfort you in times of trouble and danger.
