Perfectionist: Although it can be a great thing that I pay attention to detail and spend time on everything until I am happy with it, I tend to wear myself a little thin because I have such high expectations of myself. Closed Off: I tend to bottle up my emotions a lot of the time and this is very unhealthy. It causes more stress and emotional damage than if I were to talk about my feelings more. Over Thinker: I overthink everything which is very counterproductive. I second-guess myself all the time making it difficult to make decisions sometimes. Anxious: I get anxious with everything. I get nervous for the smallest things and think that the worst is going to happen. I worry about so much to the point of it being exhausting. Low Confidence:
