Sports make people more active than ever. People get inspiration from sports. It forces them to persist to succeed. This is why there are superstar athletes in sports. They make what they are doing look easy, because what they do is not difficult for them anymore after years of hard work and being diligent. The sport that makes me practice as well as forces me to work to advance to the next level is basketball. Basketball is a sport that I truly love to play. When I play, I have to pay all my attention to the game, have to be brave and confident to play against better players. Try my best get a point. Basketball is just a hell when you can 't play both defense and offense well. Everyone on the team will be angry when the team is trailing because of your worse play. When you are a great scorer and a hard defender as well as your team is leading, the game will turn into happiness. This sport was created in early December 1981 by a Canadian physical education professor and instructor at the International Young Men 's Christian Association Training School in Springfield, Massachusetts Dr. James Naismith. He initiated basketball to keep his gym class active on a day with inappropriate weather to practice outdoor. He wrote some basic rules and placed a basket with an impenetrable bottom to throw a soccer ball into it. Now the basket is replaced by metal hoops with nets and backboards. The soccer ball is also replaced by a ball that bounces more than it with little power from
