As you grow older, you will reminisce the past of your childhood dreams. You will look back during your younger years when your parents and teachers asked you what you wanted to be when you grow up. Some of your classmates may say that they wanted to a doctor, actor, police and what not while you on the other hand may want to become a businessman. As time passes by this dreams may gradually change into something much bigger dreams. Especially when you are in college you may dreamt of becoming a major owner of a big company. It is not just a career that you can chose just because you want to be rich and have lots of money. Becoming a business consultant needs to have passion in order for them to successful. It is what mostly a good consultant differ from a bad consultant.

A salary of consultant is undeniably high paying especially if you graduated from a highly prestigious and well-known university or school. Most of the top consulting firms such the McKinsey, Bain and BCG selects applicants from top performing schools. These top consulting firms also pays a great deal amount of money. They not only pay high salary but younger generations are also considered in their consulting firms because it is the younger generations that can generate new and fresh ideas.
