"Pleeaaassssseeeeeee!!?!!!" She asked, her big brown eyes looked up at them pleadingly and her shoulder length chocolate brown hair bobbed up and down as she jumped in anticipation of their answer. She wanted a dog so badly since forever. She expected the same answer as always, "no honey, this is a pet free house". But this time, they answered differently. They said that they would think about it. She immediately ran to my computer, scrolling through all the breeds of dogs that she could possible get. She couldn't believe her luck, they would finally get her a dog she thought! It was the day before her birthday and she had decided on the type of dog she wanted. It was a goldendoodle. They had driven for a full five minutes up their long winding driveway, never really seeing an end in sight. By the time that got out, she was alive with wonder, where were we or what were we doing she thought to herself? They got to the doorbell and her mom rang the doorbell and out stepped a mom with little children clinging to her arms. The girl was safely hidden behind her mother, for she didn't want to be seen. She rather enjoyed being invisible to most eyes. But curiosity got the better of her, and she hesitantly peeked from behind the safety of her mothers legs. She was overjoyed by what she saw and sprinted, her well worn tennis shoe leaving scuff marks on their hardwood floor. She was gasping at the large collection of Goldendoodle puppies. He licks her face, and she laughs, just like every other morning since she got her dog, she is fully happy. Then her grandparents come into her room and start yelling at her to wash her face. By this point Cooper knows that he isn't accepted by them and slinks away. She wants to go after her dog, but she knows that her grandparents would really not like it if she did, so she just stays back and washes her face reluctantly. After that, she goes to find Cooper in his usual place, right in the middle of the living room, but this time, instead of usually paying around with all his toys and such, he is adamantly chewing on his paws, like he just wanted to take them off. She took his paws from his mouth set them on the floor. Then she threw a toy for him to get, but instead of leaping off toward it, he gives her big puppy eyes, and a sad smile with his knowing eyes. She walks away from him after her grandparents start yelling at her to go do something productive with her life. Later that night, her dad returned from work, it almost seemed it was as if after he saw
