On November 6th, 2015 at approximately 1830 hours I, Investigator James Poffel was the on-call investigator and contacted by Officer Garrett Dunlap, regarding him being dispatched to 1517 Baltimore St in reference to a sexual assault report. The sexual assault was said to have occurred approximately two weeks prior. Officer Dunlap informed me he arrived on scene and spoke with the victim, Elia Ramirez and her mother, Marcela Ramirez. Elia informed Officer Dunlap that she works at the Sonic, located at York and Chandler. She informed him approximately two weeks ago, while she was at work, she took her lunch break.
Four of six witnesses reported that they either saw the incident or heard it from where they were at during that time. Only one witness describes the incident as Mr. Taylor throwing a “baby fit,” the others all say they heard the wall locker door being slammed. Only one witness believes he heard an exchange between Mr. Taylor and Ms. Punzo. He couldn’t recall the exact conversation but he believes Mr. Taylor might have made comments about needing room for his gear and that Ms. Punzo might have been raising her voice. Mr. Taylor openly admitted that an incident occurred; however, he provided context behind the incident.
Mr. Earlington was familiar with Kyree Dobyns and his mother. There were no prior incidents involving this subject. I called Keisha Dobyns (mother) and spoke to her by phone. I confirmed that Kyree was late coming home on October 15, 2015. I asked Keisha Dobyns if she confirmed that her son was in fact at work on October 15, 2015.
Back to Claremont He turned to me, questioning whether I want to raise it or not. The only reply he received-frankly the only reply he would ever need-was my bid number slightly raised in the air and my head slightly nodding in approval. “Two now two now two now two,” an unruly cry tore through his lips, shaking the entire crowd. My actions were kept repetitive and my eye never left the opposing bidder, a collector from out of town.
Hello again, I am so sorry I’ve emailed you so many times but I would really really like to meet one on one with Gerardo. My initial meeting that was scheduled for February 14th, I had to cancel due to being very sick and not wanting to spread it to him or his family. Are there any open slots? God bless, Rachal Adent
Since my fourteenth birthday my life has been a series of perfect catastrophes. An outsider would unquestionably deem my life desirable, although nonetheless average. Since fourteen I’ve appeared to have it all; and if you look the part you’re halfway there, right? I say this because people who don’t know me very well will likely describe me as “pretty, popular, and smart,” which are all great attributes to have, but the outside doesn’t always match the inside. I’m not going to tell you I was utterly miserable from the day I entered teenhood because if I did I’d be lying, and wouldn’t that be an awful way to introduce myself to the individuals who hold the power to better my life for the next four years?
How a person behaves, what they say, what they do, where they go, what they watch, what they listen to all comes down to three things…what they believe, who they believe, and how much they believe it. As followers of Christ, we will act, speak, and respond differently than when we did beforehand all based on believing the Word of God as true. For me, sometimes believing is hard and seems downright impossible because of situations and circumstances that are beyond my personal control. Sometimes I even question God, His ways, and His plans, and then, He reminds me not to lean on my own understanding, but on His. It’s okay to have questions, but it’s not okay to lose faith over them.
More Than Just a Coach I first met Mr. Olson as a freshman algebra one student. At that time for me, I didn’t think he would have a great influence in my life. But now that I am a senior, and I have gotten to know him more as being an athlete, he has made an admirable mark in my life by being a great role model. He is more than just a math teacher and a running coach, he is someone who emphasizes strength and the importance of believing in yourself.

As amanda was filling out the packet, the fire department was being dispatched to Dr. Sailors office for a three year old child that may have overdosed. I asked Amanda how old are the children, Amanda stated Christoph is three and Cody is five. Amanda heard the fire departments radio traffic and stated that was probably Christoph. Amanda stated they just recently moved to Madison and Thomas may not know where the E.R is. As Amanda continued to fill out the packet her house phone began to ring.
When I first met Joseph, I thought he was an ass. Observing his interaction with others, he always seemed to make snarky comments or remarks that were uncommonly harsh. However, I started to recognize that this way of socializing was just something he grew up with; even though Joseph had some experience with American culture, he grew up in Australia and self-identifies as so. My focus for the interview was to touch base with the topics of culture and migration.
It is 4:00am in the morning, and life begins anew in my household. Clothes are being laid out and breakfast is being cooked. The sounds of the morning begin to take shape. The coffee maker eschews the splendid flavors of coffee which engulfs the small apartment. These early mornings are followed by late nights.
