Hi Reneld, On Thursday, June 8th, I had talked to an advisor about schedule revision. She said that I do not need to revise my schedules, since there was a mistake with my program completion; that I am working on Associate of Arts Degree instead of AS2 degree. She said she already notified you about this. Have you received this notification?
I job shadowed Randy because I personally know him from his other profession of photography. He has taken my sports pictures and he took my brother's senior pictures. Also, I am going to Iowa Central for the Dental Hygiene Program so this is the career I am interested in doing in my future. While job shadowing Randy, some skills I helped with or observed were; cleaning tools, a patient who needs crown to restore a tooth where a cusp broke off the tooth, scraping of teeth, polishing of teeth, preparation for clients, technology (x -rays, scheduling appts.
Hi Vicki, A call was transferred to me earlier today and the person did not leave his area code. He was asking for Malpractice Insurance information for one of our attorneys. Do you by chance have his phone number? If he calls again, please let know and tell them I did not have the correct area code.
Hi Angel & Dave, "That 's not my job" is a common quote for those that do just the minimal at work. When I orient new employees, I always share with them their duties but I also inform them that they should become familiar with other employee 's job duties because it may give them an opportunity for growth. I share my personnel experience that I was an entry level employee that was promoted due to doing beyond my duties and they may be given that opportunity too if they want to grow within the organization. Angel, You may have not experience the BQS, but with your disclosure of being the first to share that your a guy that happens to be Hispanic and gay, you are a
The huge budget of the TSA combined with its ineffectiveness creates a huge waste of taxpayer dollars in a time when the US national debt was, as of April 2015, over eighteen trillion dollars(Patton). While the inefficiency and waste of the TSA pales in comparison to the problems presented by the NSA and Patriot Act it still needs
On another note, my participants were all Hispanic, except for one who was African American. My Tia Monica is a Hispanic who lives in Laredo, TX. She is a retired teacher who happened to teach at the same school that my mom taught at during the early 1990s. (Milton Elementary) Her highest level of education is a master’s degree and she has a minor in psychology.
One day Garret and I were going to one of the soccer game to watch our friends play soccer. We were watching the game and we noticed that Zach wasn 't having good sportsmanship and started to trip Jody. Then we saw Jody fall and everyone started to laugh and Jodys knees were all scraped up and he was in a lot of pain. The coach called out west in and he said that Zach did it. Zach came over to the coach and realized that he was going to be kicked of the team for having bad sportsmanship.
In western society, it is easy to overlook the privilege found in travelling. The practice of tourism is not an alien concept, it was once only a luxury the wealthy could afford to maintain. In recent times, the privilege of travelling can now be seen exercised within the working class. With the rise of tourism, many countries depend on the financial growth witnessed through the increase in vacationing. Because of this, society witnesses a struggling power dynamic of the citizens of the north deciding to travel down to the south for cheaper accommodations.
Well it all started my 10th grade year in high school me trying to get money for this trip for school what I called Bozam Trip . Its was 3,700 dollars to go on this trip and it paid for the plane tickets and everything also like a hotel was paid for. The first day we arrive at the airport in Nashville and we went through the security stuff. And I rate that stuff it's annoying ,and if you have something they think is wrong to have on the plane they will search you and may arrest you also. Next, the first stop was Atlanta Gogera , and we had to get on another plane and ride for 18 hours over night so we could get there in the morning and start training.
Your name is who you are; it’s the essence of your being. You and your name will go through thick and thin, young and old, and life and death together. You two are forever inseparable, like brother and sister, white on rice, or a fat boy and triple chocolate cake. My name happens to be Mykel. To many people I encounter in life, phonetically pronounce my name as “Michael,” “Mukal,” or even “Mah-Kawyll” by my Southern eleventh grade AP English teacher, Ms. Clawson, who always butchered my name with different pronunciations for the first two months of the quarter, and somehow managed to make it sound similar to an imitation crow call by an amateur bird caller.
It was about a 5 mile walk just to get to the border between Mexico and America, we would have took a cab to the border but the last time we took a cab it was a disaster. We waited in line to get out of Mexico for hours and hours there were probably a lot of people in line because there was no where to stay in Mexico and right when I got to the front of the line to give the person my passport to get out of Mexico I heard something behind me I assumed it was just another person waiting in line it sounded like they were dragging something heavy and metal. So I turned around to see a tall ugly man with a steel club. The he took duct tape and wrapped it around my mouth I was screaming
The man advise me that if we were stop during the trip in Mexico, to say that I was going as a tourist to Los Angeles, California in the United States. The trip was very long at a time I fell asleep on the bus when the man woke me we were in another central bus station in Mexico that I do not know the name. In reaching this station we got off the bus, to use the restroom, and eat at the same center, we were there for about half an hour. After stopping at that station we did stop 5 more times, which were carrying gasoline and we could eat. We arrived to Tijuana on January 31, 2002 at 7 in the morning.
The far-reaching powers of the Patriot Act has substantially empowered our law enforcement agencies and allowed them to apprehend many offenders who otherwise would have gotten away with their crimes. Despite it being contradictious to the fourth amendment of the US constitution, it is not only helping prevent disastrous events in our nation but also equally instrumental in protecting American lives and defending civil liberties. After the endorsement of the Patriot Act, the tools and power it provided to our law enforcement agencies has enhanced our domestic security. This act tore down the legal and bureaucratic walls that would otherwise keep the law enforcement agencies from being able to share vital information freely about the terrorist’s
Waking up early was always a struggle of mine, however I knew that I had to get to the office before a certain co-worker of mine. I rubbed my eyes and sulked down to the garage. The traffic was the worst this morning, yet I still had an optimistic attitude. I raced up the stairs, said my hellos, and then plopped down into my chair. Seven minutes before Dwight.
The Pine School is adopting the Leader in Me programming to support our students in becoming their genius while improving our school culture. Describe how you will guide us toward a leadership-focused environment. I will guide the school community towards a leadership-focused environment by promoting inclusivity and collaboration that will allow confidence and leadership to arise within students. Inclusivity and comfort are essential in nurturing an environment where students feel empowered and unafraid to share their ideas. An environment where all students are accepted no matter what background they are from will allow them to feel empowered and directly lead to collaboration and teamwork between each other.
