It was six o 'clock at the Friendswood junior high mustang field I was playing strong safety and I had to cover the extra receiver they brought out by the snap I was already beating my man and the next thing I know the ball was sailing my way straight to me. I am 13 years old and I am on the Friendswood junior high C-football team I am a second string slot receiver and starting strong safety
In the seventh grade I played football for the Brockton Ravens. I really wanted to play starting Wide Receiver, because my favorite football player is Randy Moss and I wanted to be just like him. I used to watch all of his highlights, games and interviews while he was a pro. My first year playing I was on the bench and I wanted to
A team in Concord, Calif., has had a win streak of 151 games. North Atlanta High School 's team can barely pull off three wins this season. The Spartans have had plenty of perfect seasons. North Atlanta closest time ever in the school’s history was to getting a perfect season was going 7-3 in 2010.The team from California doesn 't know the meaning of defeat. North Atlanta barely knows the feeling of winning.
The Thursday night lights beamed down on me as kickoff approached. It was the last game of the 8th grade football season and the last chance to make my mark on a personally rather ordinary season. We were playing Celina, a team known to be a powerful opponent. I was on the kickoff return team, playing on the far left side of the field and on that particular night we were set to receive the kick. The referee’s whistle pierced the warm and soundless autumn air.
Aaron Rodgers is a professional NFL quarterback for the Green Bay Packers. He inspires me the most by who he is and what he does. I have only met him twice and hope to meet him a couple more times. He has inspired me by what he has told me. A quarterback for a professional football team has taught me and told me a lesson that I will always remember and never forget.
What place or anywhere that make you feels happy that no know what a feeling that can’t describe a word. There is a place that I play in a high school in a football field. It was empowering feeling that I get to play on the field that no one want to make an effort to put their time to practice. Sometime it would the best feeling that there a no words for it, only small amount players that would know that feeling.
The sheer shriek of the whistle sounded over the silence of the gym. “Everyone on the line; 8 and 30!” Coach McMahon roared from the top of his lungs like a mountain lion. We sulked to the line for the cruelest of all punishments; this is only the beginning of my high school basketball career.
Thank you for coming and watching me play in Florida. My team ended up tying for 9th out of 101 teams. Here is some more film from this past club season. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMbViO88gjA I just had my first high school volleyball tournament up in the Wisconsin Dells we finished 2-1. My high school team doesn 't have a true setter
My friend and I went to the park and when we did we decided to play football. Down, Set, Hut I shouted as he ran for the ball and missed by a couple of inches because I over thru it. Lane “my friend” said “ ok let me be QB” one more try I said. Down, Set, Hut lane runs out for the ball and as he is running he tripped over a rock and hits his head on a bolder. As I pull out my phone to call 911 I don't hear lane breathing they pick up the phone and I say “Hi my friend tripped over a rock and is hit his head on a bolder
They supported me throughout all of my life and encouraged me to be better than them. An early memory that I have as a child is playing football for the Detroit PAL Youth Football League and I started learning the game of football and valuable life lessons. When I got older, I attended Martin Luther King High School in Detroit and my four years there made me the player I am today. High School football is a learning ground for young boys to strengthen their personality and character for their lives later to come.
My first year of high school soccer, my team and I won AAC for the Junior Varsity and Varsity. On Thursday, October 20, 2016 was our last game of the year. We had a great season so far, but if we won this game it would beat all. The soccer game was at the Howland Middle School soccer stadium. We played on a sunny day with the bleachers full of people.
Adrenaline pulsing through my body and anxiety filling up in my stomach, I quickly throw on my football gear and head out to the practice field. It’s a nice hot day in Ocala, Florida, with the sun beating down on our necks, we stand side by side in line waiting to be picked to play second, third, or fourth string in a play. Waiting in anticipation, each of us grinding our teeth, watching first string pure athletes colliding against each other like gladiators to have possession of a ball made at one-time of “pig’s skin”. To some people, the game of American football makes no sense, whether it’s the idea of trying to protect a ball or running and passing it to make a goal for your team. People like this, see the concept of football and understand why millions of people love it; but to them the sport is pointless and causes way too many casualties.
The first activity that I would like to talk about my involvement in is football. The reason i’m choosing football is because it’s one of the activities that I dedicate all the free time I can to. Going into my Sophomore year of highschool I made the decision to begin playing the sport of football. The reason that I choose to join football was because of the seniors on the team always asking me and telling me of the experience of playing. Once I joined the team everyone welcomed me in like a family member and I knew my football team would always be there for me.
The first time on a football field and i was very hyped about it cause i got to play and the coach put me as starter because i was the biggest one on the field. The very first play we got sacked but are left lineman didn't stop the ball they got pushed over and we got sacked. The ball was on the 25 yard line and we were trying to get to the fifteen yard line to get the first down and we were short 10 yards but we could still get cause if we work hard you play hard.
The hard part was to find one that would give me a tryout. I ended up making a team called the Spanish town football club they weren’t the best but they taught me a lot about the game I spent a year there. My next task was to get on my prep school team who were ranked #7 in the whole nation at the time. I remember the night before open tryouts because all I was thinking about was me not making it. I was an only child
