Personal Narrative: My Big Brother Devon Ryan Wilson's Death

I have been trough plenty of personal experiences, but the one that I will never forget is the death of my big brother Devon Ryan Wilson. There were a lot of events that led up to his passing and I’m going to share with you the main ones that led up to his homecoming to heaven.

Well to start off, I was at his house for a family function and my brother called us to his room and told us he was going to be the first one to pass away. he told us to be strong and don’t worry he was going to be with us even more and that god has called him home he doesn’t know when but he was just giving us a heads up and the hardest thing he told us to do was not cry. Since I am the little brother I told him to chill and relax bro, nothing like that will happen anytime soon. Then he said not to put him under ground just to cremate him and take him everywhere we go.

Then after about two weeks I had a photo shoot and my brother wanted to go. then that’s when I happened my mom came to the door crying hysterically saying your brother I dead then that’s when all the memories and fun times bad times all of everything flashed before my eyes. I felt lost and empty thinking I was just about to go see him. Then that’s when it all hit me everything came back he said don’t cry and be strong but all I could think is that god has a plan. The last thing my brother told me was; it’s all about us brother and he wouldn’t have it no other way I just wish I could hear him say that one more time or just a hug to let him know I got him just like he got me.
