My partner is Cathryn Cusano, she has lived in Easton, Pennsylvania throughout her entire life. Cathryn has a love for softball and has played ever since she was a little girl. During Cathryn’s senior year of high school she had multiple offers to play softball for elite colleges in the area. She started out having an amazing season, the team was also thriving which eventually resulted in them making it to the playoffs. It was the first round of playoffs and Cathryn was on first base, one of her teammates was up to bat.
As a handicapper general of Sisler High School, it is my duty to ensure everyone in this school is equal. No student is higher than the other. For example, it is my job to make sure Kamryn Mendoza is equal to the rest of her peers. I have to eliminate her off her special advantages and help her with her weaknesses. Kamryn is musically talented.
Meet my Jazz band. This is a picture of us in New Orleans my junior year during spring break to play Jazz. I decided upon this picture because this band has had such a profound impact on how I frame my future. My connection with music through the piano has been fostered ever since I could reach those shiny black and white collection of keys. Starting at the age of four, playing the classical music of Mozart and Bach was what my musical background was founded upon, with tangible medals and accomplishments as achievements.
Hi Ellen, Ok I worked out the car and license situation so I should be able to start earlier. A May 23rd start date and an end date in the week of August 8th-12th would work best for me. Also for the Action Items, I completed all of them but have not yet received the Pre-Hire Contingency paperwork.
People know that Stargirl is different, Stargirl teaches me that being myself is perfect. She wears different clothes, she meditates, she does what makes her content and from my knowledge teenagers don’t usually do those things. In a way I am a Stargirl, I don’t do all the things that Stargirl does, because I am different in my own way. When Stargirl came into the cafeteria, she was different and stood out.
I interviewed Lauren Fidler, a young lady from Iowa. She is a member of St John Paul Catholic Parish, this means that she is a member of the Roman rite and she communes with the pope of Rome. When I asked her about the pope she stated that he has authority and can’t be wrong. This authority that she spoke of came from the primacy of Peter as Vicar of Christ.
I, Monica Baltazar was born, on February 16th, 1978 in Irapuato, Guanajuato Mexico. I came to the United States to have better opportunities and to improve my living conditions. I worked in a restaurant and that’s where, I meet Cesar Gonzalez. We were young and naive which resulted in my pregnancy. I moved in with him because, I wanted my children to have a paternal figure in his life.
Though I’d never admit it to Stella, being a part time investigator has its perks. The pay is amazing. I have access to all the VIP parties and clubs in New York City, and always have tickets to the hottest broadway shows. I get to work with my best friend in the entire universe, Lily Holland. And also, because of my perk filled job, I’ve been able to meet Meghan Freaking Lovehart.
I choose to interview Gabriela Moreno, my 113 spanish professor. The reason I choose her as opposed to any other professor was because she seemed to be the easiest to talk too out of all the rest. She was also very cooperative to set up an appointment, so I decided to proceed to interview her. In class she is an open person to students about her personal life, so I already know a few details. I know about her is she is extremely passionate about her spanish heritage, she has this concept that young Hispanics fear to speak spanish because they were taught they spoke it incorrectly, and never given to opportunity to learn.
While I had never been to the New Student Programs building, thanks to the campus map, I was able to find it rather easily. Professor Korey, after I had waited a few minutes in the waiting room, as he is assuredly a busy man as he is an associate professor of the Biology Department and a director of the First Year Experience, greeted me back to his office. The office itself had enough room to fit in a decent sized desk for him to do his work and a table for meetings comfortably, but was a little cluttered with papers, books, a few soccer bags, presumably for his children, and his laptop which he had been working on before our interview. After speaking with him for a few minutes, it was obvious that he is passionate about his work in the nervous system of fruit flies and crustaceans as he has an incredible interest in the inner workings of those systems and has since his days as an undergraduate. To further his work he himself, with the help of graduates and a couple of undergraduates, work extensively researching different parts of the nervous system.
At the beginning of my sophomore year, August 2015, I fractured my left ankle. My second season of cross country had just begun. The whole team had a Saturday practice at Atlanta Memorial Park. We came to this park for a time trial. Not being able to run was going to be a challenge for me.
My history as a writer has been a bit of a struggle of slow development. From a young age I had a hard time with spelling and this is still a trouble area for me, even with the help of autocorrect. As I grew in age and as a writer my problematic area became not including enough nitty gritty details. My bad experiences that I recall would always involve the start of writing because I struggle with beginning paragraphs. Also, I tend to use the ending paragraph to just repeat myself, so overall my first and last paragraphs are usually shit.
This most definitely semester was one for the books in my learning experience as a teaching candidate. Through Field Experience 1 and the time I have spent with fifth graders at First Street Elementary School, under Mr. Patrick Stelma, I have been challenged to grow in the area of professionalism, teaching English Language Learners (ELL), having confidence in myself and patience with difficult students. I cherish this time of active and challenging learning in the classroom alongside students who had real feelings, needs and personalities. There has been significant growth in my ability to manage a classroom of over 30 students but more noteworthy has been my progress in working with two students at the same time, giving them personalized material
While in the first grade classroom, I was able to form a great relationship with my mentor teacher that allowed me to be very hands on with the students throughout the semester. Among many things, I learned how to run an educational circle and calendar time, worked with small groups of students to improve reading, provided practice spelling tests to students, assisted students in developing their writing abilities, and implemented the class’s behavior management plan. While I worked with the fifth grade
As I was still attending Valley State University my last year God bestowed a great blessing on me. I was hired in the Cleveland School District as an assistant Special Education teacher. This was a time where the Special Educators were introduce to inclusion allowing students to benefit from the least restrictive environment possible. The greatest achievement for these students is assisting them to advance in the highest level possible as they acquire desirable understanding in their achieved levels.
