A horrific killer is loose across the land of England. There is nothing to fight it as it continues to rapidly create chaos in a terrible nightmare called life. The killer is a sickening disease in the air that is impossible to contain. 1) It is 1352, in Northern Europe five years since the first symptoms of this illness had been exhibited. It was dormant in my body until when I recently contracted the wildly contagious illness by attempting to take care of my brother. Our family bloodline are all peasants and we are the last of my name. I know I don’t have much time living as few recover and 2) almost all die within three days from this sickness. 3) This Plague causes fever, a painful swelling of the lymph glands, and it causes spots on the skin that are red at first and then turn black. People are calling this "The Black Death" because of the black spots it produces on the skin. Life here is different than usual, the streets are deadly with bodies rotting in sickness. This plague mainly affects rats and rodents, but fleas transmit this disease to people. have noticed in my time here that once people are infected, they infect others very rapidly. It is now expected that each day with the disease is a day closer to death. I am completely alone in this world that is falling apart and through my eyes I see destruction, death, and sickness. This sickness might take my own life soon but not before I document my surroundings.
I witnessed The Black Death arrival in Europe in October 1347 when trading ships docked at the Sicilian port after a long journey through the Black Sea. The people who went to the docks to greet the ships were met with a terrifying surprise. The sailors aboard the ships were
