Erin has many personal qualities that make up for her lack of an education that help her to eventually succeed. Of which include determination, great emotion, beauty and the fact that she speaks her mind with no filter. She shows massive amounts of determination throughout the film including the scene where she is talking to Ed Masry about getting a job. “Now, I 'm smart, I 'm hard-working, and I 'll do anything, and I 'm not leaving here without a job. She explains “I just went on up there and performed sexual favors. 634 blow jobs in five days. Boy, am I ever tired” (119 Grant). Overall, Erin is willing to go to extreme measures whenever she opens her mouth whether it be to make a point or bask in her own glory. All of these different traits allow Erin to succeed and ultimately win
