Personal Reasons Why People Break The Law

People that break the law always have their own personal reasons of why they did. This is why I personally believe there are many different reasons people break laws and not just one single reason. Some of the reasons why I believe people break the law is out of desperation, others break the law because of bad influences, some people may break the law just because, and some people might have a mental illness. I have also done research on how some people may have been genetically predisposed to commit crime. There will always be different reasons why people commit crime. As a Mexican-American, my parents are a good example of someone who broke the laws out of desperation. They broke the law because they felt like that was the only choice they had to be able to lead a different life then they had before. My parents came here to the United States illegally. Both of them were trying to provide a better life for themselves and for the family they planned to have in the future. There are some people out there that believe there is one reason why people commit crime and that is because they are genetically predisposed to it. In my opinion, I could never be able to fathom the thought that there is one specific reason why people commit crime. I also believe crime has a lot to do with how someone is brought up and the environment they are in. It is hard for me to believe that there are people out there that are just born with a predisposition to commit crime. Committing crime to me isn’t necessarily always a bad thing. For example, when someone defends their selves from another person that is trying to kill them. People that commit crime aren’t always necessarily bad people. The reason why I view crime this way is because of my past
