Everyone in life have a goal for the future whether it is big or small. People may say why do they need to write their goals down or have a plan why not just take it one day at a time, but if we all should say that time passes us by and we accomplished nothing. Having a plan, it direct towards the right path of our future whether it be five or ten years plan. Thus, people who love to procrastinate writing a career plan a good way to keep them focus on their future goals before retirement age.
