When watching adults while growing up, and all the freedoms they have children overlook what had to be done for the freedom. Young teens dream of one day having the freedom to do whatever they please, to have the freedom of choice. The years prior to graduation we never thought of the responsibilities or obligation of being an adult. Now we have months until we enter that world; it’s time we prepare and understand the changes that will take place. Deciding about college, Choosing a career, buying a house, budgeting spending and having the confidence to follow through on these actions are the building block to becoming a successful and free adult. Freedom is what we all want, freedom to be who we want, say what we want and do what we want. We receive most of these freedoms when we enter the world of adulthood. But It all start with one choice, whether or not you wish to go to college and the type of career you will be wanting in the future. College is not for everyone and but it is a great way to move into the adult world. There are now expenses that must be paid each month such as house, electric, and water. These are only a few of the expenses money must be saved for on top of phone, gas and food. Setting aside the money needed for these payments at the beginning of the month is a great plan to make sure there will be enough money for to pay them when the time comes. At the end of each month put all of the money left into a savings account. This will be in case of emergencies or it will go to a future purchase such as a car or house.
