As I am sure you are aware, there are handfuls of students who are disrupting the Improved Learning for Everyone Revolution by breaking rules set down by teachers and other superiors. We recently finished reading Animal Farm in which propaganda was successfully used to control the opinions and thoughts of the masses and suppress discontent. I think this idea can be applied to the problems we now face.
