You are replacing food as your soother, so create a new daily habit that will help feed you emotionally in a healthy way – whether it's meditation, yoga, making a list of what you're grateful for or journaling. It could be one of these things or a combination of them. Whatever you choose, the important thing is that you make time to practice it daily.
