Bipolar disorder is when someone faces major mood swings, which is called “manic episodes.” Only 19 percent of bipolar patients are violent, which are only 11 in 16 people. People who often face high emotional stress can cause violence. For intense, if you lose someone you are close to it can result in a manic episode and cause violence. Brutality can also come out if you use substances and abuse it. Aggression and paranoia also causes violent acts to take place in which end with scars and heartache for both parties. Schizophrenia is when someone has multiple personalities and they also have hallucinations, which can cause nervous breakdowns and emotional distress. Only eight point four percent of people with this serve mental illness are violent. Most of this behavior takes place because of emotional scars that happened during the younger years of life and it does not also happen because of the disease.
