America is still battling over the right to have prayer in schools. There are large cases going on and many smaller ones. The fight over the interpretation of Constitutional rights is spilling into every neighborhood now. More and more Americans who are trying to live the American dream and live in peace are being affected by these interpretations. There is a case where as an Oregon couple refused to make a cake for a same-sex couple, they were determined guilty and ordered to pay $135,000 in damages to the same sex couple in which they denied service. "Melissa and Aaron Klein, owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, cited religious beliefs when they refused to bake a wedding cake for Laurel and Rachel Bowman-Cryer more than two years ago" The way the lawyers are changing what they call the interpretation of the law are forcing us to be the ones in the closet. When it comes to the point all we want to do is live our life in peace, but we can't because of government forcing what we consider immoral decisions onto us. All the Klein's was doing was living the way they have chosen to live. Prayer can change things, people, and situations. A lot of things have gone wrong to me because of the lack of prayer in schools. So many shootings and killings have occurred, that I feel wouldn't have happened if prayer and belief were included in households. The good ole American dream included a prayer to watch over our families and for us to live good lives. Let's not forget good old home training too. Prayer helps them to stay focused and study hard, which is very important. It also helps them to be mannerable. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
