Most Colombians are being forced out of their homes and forced to live on the streets. Some are threatened and harmed and are pulled and have to live on the streets. Paramilitaries will enter a region and start to execute local community leaders. This right is being broken by small armies destroying the civilians and also harming them and sometimes killing them. Other problems currently in Colombia are deforestation and the environmental issues.
The first attempt and success to climb Mt. Everest occured in 1953. Since then, almost 4,000 people have been able to scale the mountain, but over 230 people have not been able to climb it successfully. There is a chance of accident or death when climbing this mountain or any dangerous activity. All people should should have the right to rescue services even if they knowingly put themselves at risk because there is always a chance of an accident happening, rangers are there to save people in danger, and there are rescue vehicles being produced to be used in case of an emergency.
The documentary, Food Inc., takes a deeper look at the food industry and how it has changed over the years. The McDonald brothers played a huge part in changing the food industry forever. The brothers began to run their restaurant in a factory style. Each worker only had one specific job to do. Because the workers were assigned simple tasks, they were all paid a low wage and were easily replaced.

Due to the people traveling from their native lands to the United States seeking a better life for themselves, and more primarily for the family that has come with them. Immigration is the action of settling into a country of which one is not native. Despite the many legal immigrants not every immigrant enters the country with legal documents and most of these illegal immigrants are poor and uneducated. Some undocumented immigrants commit crimes such as drug smuggling, or terrorism.

I 'm sure we 're all familiar with the term “illegal immigration”. We’re always told about how bad it is. Novelist, Eric Schlosser, in his novel, “Fast Food Nation”, expresses how fast food has spread. Schlosser’s purpose is to make us see how addicted we are to fast food. He adopts a shocking tone through the use of diction, Logos, and diction in order to get people to make better choices. For starters, one of the strategies that Schlosser used in this text is diction. Diction can be defined as style of speaking or writing determined by the choice of words by a speaker /writer.

It is her privilege to be able to take part in the upcoming conference representing Peru, and she looks forward to working multilaterally with Member States in addressing various issues at today’s conference. What should come into mind when discussing education in developing nations is that what the students in these impoverished regions need are not more academic skills, but rather life skills that enable them to improve their financial prospects and well-being. These may include financial literacy, health management and so forth. These children do not need more of math or geography because education in developing countries completely differ from the developed nations
Don’t even get me started on the American food industry! The american food industry is one of the only food industries in the whole wide world that favors money over the health of its citizens. The food that most Americans eat is processed crap, if you can even call it food! How many of you have eaten popcorn, chips, candy, or crackers in the last week? The amount of chemicals in the food we eat as a country on a daily basis is freaking ridiculous.
