You will go an average speed of 51 mph, which is the same speed as American Pharaoh winning the American Triple Crown. But you have to be at least 4 feet in order to meet the requirements to ride this ride. It is a duelling wooden roller coaster that has a lot of momentum due to the large amount of mass and velocity of the cart. You will start behind the gates and accelerate in seconds as soon as you hear the gunshot. The roller coaster changes its velocity, which means it has accelerated. Newton’s second law of motion states the amount of acceleration is directly proportional to the net force acting on the object. As you sit in your seat, the seat pushes upward with a force equal in strength and opposite in direction to the force of gravity. These two forces are balanced forces, causing you to remain at a constant zero acceleration at rest along with the seat belt that keeps you in a comfortable vertical position.
