Peter Skene Ogden was known as a fur trapper/trader. He had many skills such as: being able to speak both English and French fluently, traveling to lots of places, and being a chief trader and explorer. Despite passing away at the young age of sixty, he did a lot of things as a fur trader. He made a lot of money such a producing up to $100,000 worth of furs. He was the youngest of all his siblings. Although he did many important things in his life, in 1816 he committed murder, even though both his father and grandfather were both judges. Though his crime was very vulgar, he was not arrested at all, he was just moved further to the West to stop incidents from reoccurring. He was born in Quebec, Canada. His date of birth was never confirmed.
