Physical therapist can also be called (PTs). They work to help injured people improve in restoring mobility, improve movement, and reduce pain. In many cases physical therapy can work better than expensive surgery and often reduce the need for long-term use of prescription medications. Physical therapists can teach patients how to prevent or manage their condition so that they will achieve long-term health benefits.
