I felt that out of all my professors, you would have the best understanding of my academic and personal values since I was fortunate enough to be a teaching assistant for your class. You were able to see my work in a variety of different settings during my time as a TA (presenting, collaborating, giving feedback, etc.) as well as my academic ability during my time as a student for Biochemistry 420.
Your overall class and teaching style was one of my favorites during undergrad, and I found you and your TAs to be especially helpful and kind. It was such a great experience to be able to teach and lend a helping hand in the same way that you all did for me. I have gained so much from working with you, as well as my work in the hospital, and now look forward to furthering my education and becoming a person who will have a strong impact on people's health and well-being. I feel like a letter from you will be an incredible asset to my application, and I truly appreciate the time and effort that you will put in to help me take this next step in my life.

Physician Assistant schools are both academically and mentally rigorous. Therefore, they require applicants who are incredibly motivated, have excellent study strategies, and have a strong work ethic. My hope is that you will be able to strengthen the academic side of my application by providing a unique look into my time as both a student and a Teaching Assistant for your class.
I am hoping that you will be able to explore the various responsibilities of a TA for your class (review sessions, answering live lecture questions, grading assignments, etc.), as well as the demand that it required academically and professionally.
