Private Banking service Piguet Galland & Cie SA agreed to pay $15.4 million to avoid U.S. prosecution. In addition to the settlement, Piguet Galland will also continue to cooperate with the Department of Justice to see how the Swiss bank and others helped Americans dodge taxes through loopholes and havens.
