Pilots N’ Paws allows general aviation pilots to connect with people that have animals in need of transport. It is arranged like a forum, or message board, where the person lists things such as the origin of the flight, destination, reason for transport, number of animals, animal type, weight, condition, and reason for transport. Giving the dog a vet approved anxiety medication, may be a good idea to ease stress, and make the experience easier on the dog. It is also a good idea to ziptie the corners of the crate and the crate door shut. After the dog is check in, the airline will inspect it to insure it is suitable for flight.
