Abortion has been an ongoing debate for quite some time now. According to Learn Teach Change, the definition of abortion is the ending of pregnancy by removing the fetus or embryo before it can survive outside of the uterus. When a mother loses her baby naturally it is called a miscarriage. The abortion rate is at its lowest level since 1973, 1.46 per 100 women are performed each year (Siemaszko, 2017). Planned Parenthood in helping decrease abortions. Planned Parenthood is helping because they are offering long term options which help lower the rate of unwanted pregnancies, which in return helps lowers the abortion rates. This shows that the women that are in the lower classes are more likely to have unwanted pregnancies, and if they are not able to receive an abortion, then their rights are imposed. Overall, it goes against human rights to refuse the procedure to any
