The active and passive cone was found out. The active cone is the women will be able to hold the cone by voluntarily contracting the pelvic floor muscle and the passive cone is the cone retained in the vagina without the voluntary contraction. The exercise session would start with passive cone. The subjects were using both active and passive cone in the single session in order to activate both the slow and fast twitch fibers. The subjects were asked to walk around with the passive cone for ten minutes. The sensation of sliding cone inside the vagina produces involuntary contractions of the pelvic floor muscule. The active cone was used for last five minutes. The subjects were asked to perform voluntary contractions with hold and relax equally. The subjects were asked to practice it first in the crook lying position which was followed by standing, walking, crossing the single step foot stool, climbing flight of stairs up and down, squatting and finally lunges. If the subjects were managed to retain the cone in the vagina comfortably during all these activities the next higher weight was recommended. This was carried out for sixty days with 2 sessions daily with minimum of 2 hours rest (Jorge milham haddad et al, 2011).
