To begin, the first area that really develops the sirens in the story is indeed the point of view. In this story one specific point of view speaks to mind that being first person point of view; this view gives direct intel from the character rather than from the narrator or a secondary character. In the first person point of view one direct quote stands out that can be used to really understand and develop the reader's interpretation of the Sirens. To continue, the use of literary devices was used in the sense of repetition which allowed for emphasis; this connected with the Sirens and the writer which allowed for the reader to connect when seeing the effect of the writer’s words and the Sirens words on men. To conclude, the tone being arguably one of the most important areas in writing showed the Siren’s tone shift which ultimately allowed for the reader to be able to perfectly understand the Siren’s intentions and words. So, analyzing devices such as tone, point of view, and more is very important as it tends to unlock another full story in itself. A ton of hidden meanings and messages pop out which may not pop out when reading normally, or when not looking for those important devices. Especially in Greek mythology where these devices are seen a ton to get the full story across. If readers want to engage these devices, this does not have to require stopping after every word and thinking, this could be as simple as doing a background check on the character or really actively listening to how certain characters react to certain situations. This can unlock a ton of new meanings when the character can be understood fully as a person and not just words on a
