In request for proposal to be qualified as a Sterile Processing Technician Program. My career objective has always been to work in a setting where I find propose in caring for others. To be a member of the healthcare world has always been a long time goal. While searching for employment I came across the program in which I believe this will be a great opportunity working toward my goal. My previous employment obligations were working with individuals in a direct support setting with DDS Residential Group Homes.

I enjoyed my interview at your program and meeting with the faculty and residents. Also, I appreciate you taking your time to give me a follow-up call last week. I was very impressed how close-knit the program was and how smoothly the faculty and residents interacted.
It was brought to my attention from a previous mentor, that she believed I was not acting professional within my role azs a student midwife. Folloeing my fine grading, I acknowledged my faults and taking into consideration the feedback I was given, I agreed that It must be addressed an act upon accordingly in order to evelop my professional behaviour and skills. I have been able to use my present placement to its fullest advantage and ensure all the women in my care receive the level of care they expect and deserve. Evidence has proven that midwives play a vital role in improving health outcomes (NMC 2017). I strongly believe since reflecting on professionalism within the work place, I have come to recognise the importance of maintaining a professional role at all time is a significant matter, this too has been reiliterated to me by positive feedback from my current mentor.
Person Centred Care and the Older Adult Is a person centred care approach really that important when it comes to nursing an older person? The answer is simply, yes. Older people are susceptible to a range of vulnerabilities and threats to their personal identity. My Intent to Be a Nurse Practitioner Coming from a third world country where there aren’t many opportunities for work and funding for education, proceding to nursing school was a grand opportunity. The privilege to attend a government subsidized school where top students in the region compete to get into the program that allowed only 60 students per year was indeed a blessing. As clinical rotations began, what was once considered a mere opportunity evolved into a true passion for caring as I truly love and enjoy nursing and helping people.
