The Power Elite are the people in society that occupy the dominant positions in the military, economy and politics. Thus, these people are in control of war, major corporations and political field. These top positions are progressively interchangeable. C. Wright Mills developed this concept. He believed that the more money and social prestige you have, the easier it is to get more. Objectivity in social science is that an outside perceptive should not give influence or bias. Objectivity is considered as an ideal for scientific inquiry. In a quintessential society we would able to conduct objective social science but with the amount of information and outside propaganda and influence we are subjected to everyday it is extremely hard to do so. Objectivity is a valuable asset as it correctly represents the world we live in. We live in an age that our perception of facts is co-determined by the ideas and concepts of our current society, even before we consciously formalize them into “theory”. Therefore it is possible but extremely difficult to conduct “objective” social science in a society like
