Process Essay: Bass Boat Country

Fishing season is super huge for people and everyone is rushing out for this. Bass fishing is one of the most popular hobbies. There are countless important aspects to bass fishing, like the boat and rods, the line and lure, and the types of bass.

A big part of fishing is the fishing boat that can get around the lake or river faster. There are a variety of different boat manufacturers from the south of Texas to Florida. There is a place that is known as the heart of bass boating, it's called Bass Boat Country and it's located in East Tennessee. One of the hardest aspects of building a boat is for the boat to handle the high speeds. The motors for boats are super heavy, they weigh about 500 pounds

Mono is a little harder to tie knots, it’s more of a solid line. There are some knots that work for mono that make it easy to tie knots. A snell knot is great for mono and really any other line, it's probably one of the easier knots to tie but works just fine. Braided line is better for bigger fish since it has a couple of strings braided together. There are so countless knots that can be tied with braided lines, it's one of the easiest. Braided line does not float on the water so this is also great for jig bait and lots of other fish. Some people would get different lines for different rods. Instead of switching the lure every time they switch rods. People do this in tournaments. Largemouth bass is a popular bass that is found in a few different states and even Canada. Largemouth bass have a couple different colors; it all depends on where they live and where they go. Largemouth basses are different depending on where they are in the US. The size difference between South and North is pretty crazy. It all depends on what they eat and where they live. When the female largemouth is about to lay their eggs, the male needs to set up the nest for the female. The male has the important job of guarding the eggs, even when they hatch. Largemouth bass are not super aggressive, so when fishing it’s not that tough to bring them in. (“Bass”).

Black bass are normally found in eastern North America, which is pretty normal for the black bass. Black bass are somewhat like sunfish in a way because they have spikes and are close to the same color. Black bass have a dull color to them, that's why they kind of look like sunfish; the fins are also related. The bodies are different; they are a little longer than what sunfish look like. Black bass are some hard fighting fish, they're not as popular but they put up a fight.
