Professor Estep Reflection

Today when I am writing this is September 7th, 2016 and I have just finish reading Professor Estep’s draft in class. After reading her introduction, which she talked about being in a situation where you have to chose to give or not to give money to a stranger on the street, it had me thinking about how last week I was in a similar situation. I just started a new semester in college and that means time to buy new books. Last year I made the mistake of buying my books new from the school’s bookstore. I knew that this year I wanted to save as much money as possible. Amazon was a great choice for me to buy used books at a low price. I did my researched and was able to find books that were in good condition and in my budget range. I purchased three books that I thought were around a decent price range. My total for three books was just $101.46 and I thought that was a bargain. I honestly thought I would spend more but when patience I was able to find these low budget books. I felt great after purchasing these because I ended up saving a lot of money just by buying second hand books. I view these purchases as a great way for me to become successful in my classes.
