In class, we’ve discussed two kinds of democracies, which are direct and representative democracies. Firstly, I will talk about direct democracy. Direct democracy can be defined as a form of democracy in which the people themselves, rather than elected representatives, determine the laws and policies by which they are governed.There are pros and cons for this. When it comes to ethics, this form of government allows people to speak their own opinions. Voting is a right that every citizen should have. However, with responsibility from the citizens comes manipulation and corruption if done improperly. In contrast to stable legislation, with word from just the people,word/laws/information, will generally move a lot slower since the proper paperwork
