Imagine yourself in a driverless car, you're having a great time relaxing but all the sudden there's a person in the street and the driverless car doesn't stop and you react late and can't stop it yourself. It's a tragic situation that no one would want to be in, from this comes an issue, will driverless cars bring safety and legal problems? For example, is the technology safe for all places and roads? The “advanced” technology used to design these driverless cars may not be as safe as they seem. (
Many people like the concept of being in control when driving a car, but with driverless cars they’re in as much control as a passenger. In other words, people like to be independent in doing things themselves and being in a moving vehicle with little control may not be too appealing. Different people have different tastes and styles when it comes to cars. Meaning, some people might like to take it slow in an old school car but, will the technology support cars that aren’t so modern?

For instance, let’s say there's a person walking home at night and the person in the driverless car isn’t paying attention, would the driverless car know to stop for the person or might the person walking get hit? Additionally, if there was a crash on the highway or on the main streets would the car know to change routes or possibly stop in time to prevent further damage? If there was to be a crash who would be held responsible?( Scenarios these may cause confusion in a court case and may take years to find out who to hold
