To begin with, a large amount of schools do frog dissections and testing for science class. In frog dissections, all students are assigned the frog, you receive a few tools to use on it, one pair of gloves, and a bag. When doing the frog dissection, the teacher will show an example about how to cut the frog, and the students recreate what the teacher did. If the teacher asked the students to make an incision in the frog’s back, then show the students how to make the cut, the students would do exactly that, nothing more, and nothing less. This teaches kids how to be safe with the materials being used, and how to cut the frog correctly, which may help in future jobs. Frog dissection is a very hands on experience. In schools, if all the kids did the frog dissection, then, they would all have an experience to share with family and friends, and be able to achieve a higher grade in science. Before the animals that are used for dissections are sold to schools for experiments and dissections, all the animals are checked and inspected to be sure the animals are safe for teachers and students to work with. This most likely ensures, that after working with and dissecting the animal or animals, you will not get sick or catch a virus.
