Gaining Texas is worth the risk of war: The annexation of Texas is worth the risk of war with Mexico. For many years Mexico has been seizing American vessels illegally and confiscating our cargoes to meet Mexico’s needs. Mexico for many years has performed numerous lawless acts upon people and property of United States citizens. The many years of aggravated and unredressed wrongs from Mexico that the United States has endured has violated solemn treaty stipulations and of every principle of justice recognized by civilized nations.
They do not know how to react to this and just does what Ma
If I were mayor I would… Make better highways so you don’t have to go all the way across town just to get to one place. Did you know that the highways in my town will not be completely done until I’m in college or so on? This is why I would be mayor of Sioux City wouldn’t you change that because it is causing people to risk their life’s trying to get to one place. In the morning you can tell there are a lot of traffic so some kids might be late to school, maybe your mom or dad might be late to work to. But the thing that just crazy is the things that people say the rudeness and the character that people are becoming.
For countless families, this violence instilled immense fear in their hearts. Fear took over the lives of many people, but I decided that this situation would not stop me from living a normal life. When people asked me why I was still living in such a deadly city, I would simply respond that I loved my hometown. The city was going through a tough period, but it was up to its people to keep the city alive. We had to work as a community to rebuild what had been lost through violence.
Influenza was a major thing back in Asia by the year 1957 and earlier before that year, influenza was discovered by 1932 somewhere in Asia. Influenza or known as the flu that is a virus that attacks the nervous system then spreads to other parts of the human body after a few days. The first signs of the flu can be itchy eyes, runny nose, might have trouble breathing, if you have diabetes, you would be affected more. By the year 1957, there had been a huge outbreak in Asia, it had a big toll on everyone each day. The person might have the same symptoms of the flu, we all have to work together and fix the damage it had already done to many lives.
After weighing in the positives and negatives a great amount of people including myself can say that the positives about Texas outweighs the negatives. People have found Texas a great place to live, especially to build a career, because it has the infrastructure and the circumstances that raise job establishment and job success. Most of people that do live in Texas have learn to deal with the minor problems because it is definitely worth
There were many street gangs which made up a lot of the violence. My side of the city was the “good area” which is why I never witnessed what surrounded me. Although just a few blocks away people were getting beat up, stabbed, shot, killed, raped, and murdered. It was very rampant when I was younger although it has definitely dimmed down significantly since then. My parents were strict in order to shelter me from that and made sure my environment at home was healthy.
(NY Daily News) B. (Subpoint 2) Traumatic experiences like physical and sexual abuse will impact young individuals negatively and eventually cause them to lash out with gun violence. 1. (Sub-subpoint 1) Traumatized shooters come from dysfunctional families, in contrast with shooters that are psychopathic. The shooters have all faced some sort of physical/sexual abuse and have had at least one parent with a criminal record.
These acts of violence make school a place of fear rather than a place of safety. When did school become a place to worry and feel unsafe? Not only that but this event is a vicious cycle and as of right now it is unable to be contained. The news stories on the media of these events may be aimed to show people how tragic they are, but the shooters take the news stories as inspirations and school shootings continue to be on the rise.
They became extremely paranoid every time they perceived a threat
When I was 14 I had to move to San Clemente, California. I had already recently moved temporarily to Texas while a house was made ready for us on the military base. “The house is ready!” my mother had said excitedly, after being on the phone for a few minutes. “It’s time to go back?”
Furthermore, most of this increase is the result of Chicago 's murder rate increasing so significantly. We are thrilled that crime rates are decreasing, but wish to know what is driving up the murder rates in certain cities. Some experts believe it is due to fewer police officers and/or fewer programs designed to prevent violence. Poverty does appear to play a role in this problem, and the same is true of a rise in gang violence in these cities. With the current administration looking at gun control laws, this may be changing, but no one can say what impact this will truly have.
The feeling of not being part of something is kind of scary for many. An example about when my cousin was in LA and he was new to the school. A group of gangbangers liked him and wanted him to join their gang Mara Salvatrucha. He committed murder. He also robbed many houses.
Medications and treatments are needed for the children but have no money to afford such drugs, so they are left to their own devices. It is especially difficult to see loved ones and homes burned and ruined for no particular reason. The effects of seeing such cruelty are long lasting. No child deserves a life like that. Some say they are a lost generation, being so violent and disturbed.
