For people who have gone to prison it may seem like the prisoners never change. Most people do not because they see no reason to. “Well, I have been to prison, no one is ever going to hire me, so I will just keeping doing what I want.” Many people might say they are branded for life. But for the people who do try to change their lives after committing senseless crimes, it feels like they have no escape. They try to change their life, but no one is willing to give them a chance. This type of non-profit organization is a starting point for people who have recently gotten out of prison. It shows that people out there are willing to give these ex-cons some hope in staring over. Every business should consider hiring an ex-con because they show how the ex-cons want to change and how a new job can do that for them. Obviously not every former convict wants to change their life. Most do it just for their parole officer to show them that they are not doing anything illegal. So how does an employer know if they are going to change their lives? Some people take the risk to get in return a more loyal and hardworking employee.
