Conclusions Research does not only provide the answer, but once implemented, the knowledge it provide can help enhance marketing performance. Research is increasingly important to help organization to generate success in running the business. By conducting a research, an in-depth examining on the actual behavior of target audience is possible and it provides a comprehensive understanding of literature and theories. Theme park operators are necessary to understand the desire and the motives of customers in visitation of theme park. According to the results in chapter 4, several reasons of the respondents’ choice are suggested. The theme of the park ranked as the third place in motivation factors ranking which indicates the factor was important to respondents. The result suits scholars’ belief in theming. The importance of park safety was ranked at number seven which matcch the second level of “safety needs” in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Need. It Is also noteworthy that the park size was identified as a very important motivation factor, however, the Disney Company failed to meet the need. As it shows in satisfaction factors ranking, the least satisfied factor was the park size. Another meaningful discovery was that Hong Kong Disneyland service quality meet the expectation of visitors and visitors thought the factor is important in motivate them to visit Hong Kong Disneyland.
