Youth football is a sport that is played in many places, many people think that it is not dangerous and kids should be able to play, while others think that this sport is too dangerous and should not be played. Based off of all the evidence that I have found through research, it has let me to agreeing with the fact that youth football is too dangerous for young children to be playing. This sport has pros to it, some of which are very good, but the con side outways it, these are the things showing that this sport is too dangerous at this age and overall. There are a few things and facts that show proof of why it is dangerous and why this can’t be stopped. Some of the reasons are very serious, such as CTE which is a brain disease caused by rapid hits to the brain, this has lifetime affects and changes you in many ways, in worst cases this can even cause death. Although that is one of the worst things that can happen there is still many others like concussions which last long, Alzheimer’s disease, and little things like depression and headaches all connecting to lifetime affects. There have only been a few deaths this year which have been caused by just a simple tackle, but you never know when something small could turn fatal. Even the smallest things are the terrible ones. Every single human body is different from the others which means they react differently to things as well. Some kids get a concussion and act like it is nothing when another can get the exact same injury and almost die because of it. The game is unpredictable, think about what could happen while getting ready to sign up for youth football. Ask yourself this, would you rather let your kid have a normal life, or be different for the rest of the time he
