Your psychological makeup holds powerful sway over your physical body. It’s already been noted that there are several different psychological/ emotional causes of ED. To free yourself from these psychological/ emotional causes, you have to find a way to release yourself from negative emotions so that they are not negatively impacting your body. In other words, if the cause of your ED is psychological/ emotional, you won’t be cured of your ED until you find a way to eliminate the control that this cause has on your body. The only reason this is true is because we’ve allowed this situation to be. These emotions are yours, and you are in control of them. By working through these emotions, you will gain acceptance, control, safety, or whatever desire that you feel is unfulfilled. It’ll just be in a manner that is different than what you thought you needed to fulfill that desire. The Sedona Method allows you to process all of your emotions and desires and master them so that you can move past them.
The Sedona Method Process To begin the Sedona Method, focus on your situation. Open yourself up to the negative emotions. Be honest with yourself. Hiding these feelings won’t make them go away. Neither will rationalizing them. Feel them in the moment. You have to become in tune with your inner self. Knowing how you feel and why is important to the process. Think about your state of being before you began to feel this way. This sets up a division of what your life is like without the issue, and what it’s like with the issue. If you’re dealing with an issue from the past, think back to that time. Remember how you felt. Rely upon the pictures that are conjured up in your mind as it drifts back to that time.
