Is Recycling Constructively Progressing Overtime Recycling has been enforced in the past years to save energy, help the environment to reduce pollution and global warming, for a lower cost in order to not send things to landfills, and for many other reasons. For example, a common thing that is recycled all over the world is aluminum cans. They are recycled over and over again until they are no longer able to be used because of how much they have been recycled already so overtime they can’t be used anymore. In addition, either way brand new aluminum can will have to be made from scratch because it isn’t a never ending cycle all the time. Others might say that it is something that we need to do because the landfills are running out of space but in reality there is enough space in the landfills for another few years. Also, many might say that it is better to recycle because we aren’t polluting as much since we don’t have to send as much waste to the landfills but either way there is a possibility of contaminating thing and that can cost additional money that many would not enjoy …show more content…
In addition many believe that it helps our economy but it actually takes up more money that we can be using for something else that is also important. Over the decades we are fooled into believing that there’s been a big change ever since the issue was addressed and many of us started doing something about it but to this day pollution is still a huge problem all over the world. There is so much to improve on whether it’s on saving more money, less contamination, recycling outside of home and going out to public places to make our environment cleaner, etc. We need to do much more than just depending on recycling when we want to in order to make this environment better.
