The Holocaust was one of the darkest times in all of Earth’s history. Millions of Jews and others hated by Hitler were murdered, all fueled by a country motivated by hate. The events that occurred during World War II, powered by Germany, specifically Hitler, is utterly repulsing and terrifying. The book “Night” by Elie Wiesel was written to keep history from repeating itself, as to ensure that the human race would never let millions be slaughtered by a racist country in silence ever again. Hitler’s revolting obsession with wiping out the Jews was the driving force for him to mercilessly murder so many of them. It is believed by many that we must not only remember the many victims of the Holocaust, but that we must also learn from the mistakes
