In nowadays and in the past, swimming is the most interesting thing that every human love to do and need to do in their daily life because water is the important part of life. And it is important to know how to survive and how to help the other to survive from the water when they are swimming and have some accident such as heart attack, drowning, etc. you need to learn how to perform CPR correctly on Infants, Children, and Adults as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and you need to learn First-Aid to care for wounds, cuts & scrapes as well as, drug overdoses, electroshock 's, strokes, heart attacks and more.
The first thing that you need to know is CPR –or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
“C” is for Circulation – Compressions, Chest Compressions - Circulate the blood within the patient. It 's important to place your hands correctly upon the patient’s chest when performing compressions,to do so, find the point where the patient’s ribs meet (just below both halves) and interlock your fingers with both hands. Make sure you’re kneeling beside the patient’s shoulders (Do Not Lean on Patient). Once in position, lock your elbows and use your body’s weight to compress 2 inches upon the patient’s chest. Make sure to let the patient’s chest rise after each compression. Compressions on an infant are pressed just below the nipples.
