Human Nature has always been a curious one. Space exploration is the highest pinnacle of curiosity when it comes to our surrounding universe. Within the same premise as space exploration, the idea of alien life in the universe has always had the same level of curious intensity. In, Stranger in a Strange Land, Valentine Michael Smith stretches the common rules of right and wrong due to his distinct uprising. As a man from a different planet, Mike has a different type of process due to his upbringing. Many different Fictitious stories use differing moral views in order to convey the theme of shifting values.

In Brave New World, There is a clash between cultures of the savages and the imprinted people of the “normal” world. Then theres Things Fall Apart where Achebe “flips the script” and the “normal” people clash with the outsiders, that being the Catholic people that came to try and teach the tribal people. Lastly, there is the cultural clash in Heart of Darkness, between Kurtz and the African people. In Brave New World, similar to the story in Stranger in a Strange Land, the culture that clashed featured a protagonist that was from a completely different culture than the norm, and then the people “fell” for them and seemed to cave over their thoughts and actions. Also, these two protagonists had an upbringing that was relatively focused on specific goals, meaning that there were no desires of the flesh that came in the way of things. The cultures that these two protagonists were exposed to people that were almost addicted to sex. Which causes the protagonists to partake in the action as well.This along with them learning more of the actions that these societies have that is pleasing to the body, which causes them to assent from their focused paths.Also, they became leaders of religious movements, that the people clung to, and they both eventually died. In the case of clashing cultures, the two men came into two paths of things that they weren't ready for,and it also led to their ascension as well as their demise. In conclusion, the changes within protagonists in similar situations all deal with epic clashes between focused lifestyles and lifestyles that are more centralized with bodily pleasure cause the protagonists to go through phenomenal change and shift the world’s culture around
