Why I like Hamelt the young Prince of Denmark It is about a young prince trying to keep his word to his dead father by avenging his death. Hamlet plots exstensivly and takes excessive amount of time long when he avenging his father’s death, which is his tragic flaw. Hamlet begins with young Hamlet anger and sad. Hamlet questioning his own ambitions such as revenge and hatred toward his evil uncle. Hamlet tells Horatio, his true friend that he is going to fake madness as he loses his ambitions. Hamlet does at one point have doubt his ghost father, his reasons for delay in revenge is that he wants to make sure his uncle one hundred percent guilty. Hamlet is the tragic hero in the story. The hero how he tries to resolves his problems by disguise his intentions by pretenting to going crazy. While he seriously works on avenging his murdered father. Hamlet’s girlfriend, Ophelia, is sadly the first to experience the hero’s new madness and hit pretty hard by it. Her father, Polonius, diagnoses Hamlet’s condition as madness from the lack of love from Ophelia. Ophelia agrees to be a decoy to lure the Hamlet so that the king and Polonius can see his madness. At the time of the “chance” meeting, Hamlet is already feeling quite low, and perhaps even battling the idea of suicide.
