Simon B. Buchner is a lieutenant general, born April 1, 1823 to January 8,1914, an infantry soldier. He graduated the United States Military Academy of the class 1844. He is from Kentucky and in 1861, he was appointed adjutant general by Governor Briah Magoffin. With that position, he tried to enforce Kentucky’s neutrality policy in the early days of the civil war. He was transferred to the department of Tennessee and directed an infantry corps at the Battle of Chickamauga.

On the 9th of October, Robert Sheldon was found lying on the tainted red grass of Oak Park. The park was described to be “about two blocks square, with a fountain in the middle and a small swimming pool for little kids.” Police investigators ran through a body analysis showing Sheldon was stabbed by a switchblade around two-thirty in the morning. Hours later after the body was found, police went around asking Sheldon’s family and friends. Three kids, who are witnesses say Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade were responsible.
On November 4th, 1732 in Calvert Maryland Thomas Johnson was giving born to by his mother Sedgwick Dorcas, Thomas was the fourth of ten children. His grandfather Thomas was a lawyer in London. Thomas and his 8 siblings where educated at home. However as a young adult Thomas was falling in a good path. The study of law caught his eyes.
On July 16th, 1996 The New York Mets roughed up the Philadelphia Phillies by a score of 7 to 5. One player who contributed to this win was a rookie by the name of Paul Wilson, who just came off six weeks of rest for his right shoulder. Although it was the return of Paul Wilson, there was another Met that over shadowed Wilson, and this guy was Jerry DiPolo. Mr. DiPolo came into the game during the fifth inning with runners on second and third and no outs. Outstandingly enough, he walked off that mound not conceding one run to the Phillies, which gave the crowd something to cheer about and he picked up the win, in just one inning that he pitched.
Simon Stimson, 49, of Grover’s Corners, died September 27th 1910. Committed suicide in the attic of his house by hanging himself. Simon was born in 1863 in Grover’s Corners. His parents were James Stimson and Jenna Stimson who had passed away when he was 24.

John Goodman, a native teenager from Baller County, Georgia, is a high school baseball star and local celebrity; however, his fame, much like most well known bigwigs, didn’t come with ease. John’s determination and dedication to the sport of baseball landed him a place on the All-American team. This, in turn, made Goodman the first player from Baller County High School to be recognized and honored in any extracurricular activity beyond that of the state level; which he achieved in his freshmen year of high school. The young pitcher had many expectations to live up to in the oncoming years due to his spectacular athletic ability on the mound. Aside from his God given superb natural talents, Goodman knew that to accomplish his dream of becoming a Major League pitcher from such a small rural home place that he must never take his training exercises and leadership responsibilities lightly, but to always show no less
Jackson Scott is a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States National Guard, and has been serving for five and a half years. Jackson was born and raised in Greeneville, Tennessee. He attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and then transferred to East Tennessee State University in Johnson City Tennessee; where he received his degree in criminal justice. The school transfer was mostly because he wanted to be closer to his family and his now wife and my sister, Baylie Scott. Jackson went on to explain that he joined the military because he described it as his “sense of duty.”

The year was 1804 the 47 year old Hamilton died by the hand of Aaron Burr. Burr challenged Hamilton to a duel where he then lost his life. At Weehawken, New Jersey is where the fight went down. At the time Hamilton was wearing his glasses and Burr though he was going to take dealdey aim so Burr shot him right between the ribs. Hamilton was then taken back to New York where he died.
In any given speech, or piece of literature for that matter, there is a certain amount of pathos, logos, and ethos used by the author, a technique that people like to call the “Rhetorical Triangle”. In the thought provoking speech: “Tide of Voices: Why Poetry Matters Now”, the speaker spectacularly uses these tactics to prove the validity, importance, and beauty of poetry. Mark Doty, the author, is a recognized American poet, who was the winner of the National Book Award for Poetry in 2008. This accomplishment on its own establishes ethos, a form of trust and credibility. Obviously, a poet defending poetry is as expected as a mathematician defending mathematics, but still, the reliability and status is there.
Moreover, there were a few condominiums near our business location. A lot of college students and working adults are living in the condominium too. It is very convenient and easy for them to walk to our shop as it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to our shop. But in the future, our goal is to locate our business to a shopping complex such as KLCC and MidValley.
