Based on the previous resrearch, there are several causes that affect the intention of an employee to quit their job or leave the organization. There have been some factors cited as possible reasons for the low representation of women in leadership position which lead to the possibility of women turnover or they have stay at the same position for a very long time. There are study carried out in Australia found that their commitment to family or personal responsibilities topped the list of barriers to women’s career progression (Jogulu,2008).
