The ACCC implements the rights and protection of consumers. They ensure that a company will deliver the message and problems that may occur with the use or consumption of a certain product or advertisement. A false advertising or the false claim of a product that will affect the life of an individual is not tolerated in the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
