You will be able to see how Roosevelt uses persuasive argument techniques through his speech. In this speech Roosevelt gave his address on the Pearl Harbor Attack of December 7th, 1941 to the congress, and to the United States of America to urge the military forces to go to war against the Empire of Japan.
